Digital Prints Aspect Ratios
Most digitial cameras take pictures with an aspect ratio of 4:3 (analogue cameras and many SLR use an aspect ratio of 3:2). If your 3:4 ratio photographs are printed using the full traditional paper format (e.g. 4"×15) your prints would look like this:
